Nancy Haynes-Carr "At Frayser High, I was Nancy Haynes and am now Nancy G. Carr. I have
been married to my current husband, Gene Carr, for 10 years who is my
soulmate! We enjoy pleasure travel, which we do a lot of, and enjoy
our three grandchildren. Gene and I have no children together, but I have
two daughters, Tammie (34 years old/married) and Amy (28 years old/not
married & no children) and one grandson, Mason (3 years old whose Mommy
is Tammie). Gene has two daughters the same age as mine and has a
granddaughter (Parker-7 years old) and grandson (Oliver-3 years old) by
his oldest daughter.

Gene is a consulting electrical engineer with the firm, McWhorter &
Franklin, Electrical Engineers in Nashville, TN. I am and have been
employed by SunTrust Bank, Nashville, for 20 years, as a Vice President
and Trust Real Estate Officer in the Trust Real Estate/Private Client
Services Division. I buy, sell and manage real estate (commercial,
residential, and farms) for trust and estate accounts where the Bank
serves in the capacity as Trustee or Executor. Initially, I attended
Memphis State University and State Technical Institute and after moving
to Nashville, attended the Southeastern Paralegal Institute, obtaining
my paralegal certification in 1982. In 1989, I attended the Institute
of Real Estate Management (IREM), which is the "property management"
segment of the National and local Association of Realtors and received
the Certified Property Manager's (CPM) designation in 1991. I have also
been a Realtor since 1971! In 1997, I served as President of the
220-member IREM Nashville Chapter for one year. Finally, I am a member
of the National Trust Real Estate Managers Association (NTREA), an
organization whose members represent several of the large banks and
trust companies across the United States and who have the same
positions in their banks as I do with SunTrust. Plans are to work hard and
retire early, hopefully!

Words of wisdom: Stress is a "killer" disease and will make you sick -
so learn to "relax" and you can live longer to enjoy your families,
children and grandchildren; strive to make yourself debt-free; and
travel to see God's beautiful country every chance you get! We ain't
getting any younger - so do it NOW!"

Have a great day! See ya soon!
